SCADA ≠ Analytics, MES ≠ Analytics, ERP ≠ Analytics

One thought after many discussions with industry teams:
👉 we’ve built great systems… but not necessarily great analytics
Today, most factories have:
PLC / SCADA / MES / ERP
And still:
👉 a lot of reporting👉 a lot of dashboards👉 not always better decisions
It raises a question:
❓ Are we missing something in the architecture?
Maybe the gap is here:
👉 REAL-TIME ANALYTICS
Not as another system.
But as a layer that:
✔ connects production + business + external data
✔ processes it in real time
✔ enables simulations & forecasting
✔ turns data into actions
👉 Not:
Energy / Quality / Production separately
👉 But:
everything connected
💡 Which leads to a simple shift:
PLC → SCADA → MES → ERP → REAL-TIME ANALYTICS
And only then:
👉 dashboards start to make sense
That’s exactly the space we focus on:
👉 InAnalytics Data Platform
🔥 New website:
💬 Curious how you see it:
👉 Are dashboards enough in your environment, or is something still missing?
