– Industrial Intelligence for Production, Energy and Business Data Analysis
InAnalytics sp. z o.o. is implementing a project co-funded by the European Union to support data-driven production and energy management. The project is delivered in cooperation with the accelerator Edulab sp. z o.o.
Objective and Customer
The project aims to implement InAnalytics Data Platform at Zakłady Górniczo-Hutnicze “Bolesław” S.A. (Bolesław Mining and Metallurgical Works), a zinc and zinc alloy producer in the non-ferrous metals industry.
Its objective is to reduce operating costs by coordinating production planning, energy procurement and on-site energy generation.
Project Activities

Develop InDriver, InStudio and the platform’s analytical capabilities.

Integrate production, energy and business data.

Develop and test energy price and demand forecasts.

Optimise energy procurement, electrolysis schedules, combined heat and power generation, and maintenance planning.

Purchase the workstation and software licences required for development.
Target Users
ZGH teams responsible for production, energy procurement, energy management, maintenance and business planning. The wider target group comprises energy-intensive manufacturers, particularly in the metals, chemicals, mineral products, and paper industries.
Expected Results and Benefits
The project will deliver a platform providing forecasts, cost comparisons and operational recommendations to support:

Lower energy purchasing costs through better alignment of procurement with demand and market prices.

Better use of on-site generation by comparing generation costs with market purchases.

Better coordination between departments through shared data and plans.

Greater cost transparency through comparisons of planned and actual performance.
